FAQ'S

  • Bookings are accepted via the website or directly in our premises, depending on the availability of each game. Payment methods are cash, bank transfer, card and voucher. After validation, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking;
  • Cancellations and rebookings up to 48 hours before the experience are free of charge and after that, there is a 30% charge on the value of the experience. No-shows will incur a 100 per cent penalty;
  • Players must report to the facilities at least 15 minutes before the experience to check in, receive the briefing, rules and setting of the game. In the event that the team starts the experiment later due to a delay, the respective time will be deducted from their game time. We ask for your understanding that, given the scheduled experiences, no game can exceed its slot;
  • The presence of at least one adult player is mandatory when there are players under the age of 14;
  • Players assume full responsibility for damage caused to Mission To Escape’s games and facilities, as well as to themselves;
  • No images or sound may be captured within the games, for any purpose, otherwise the experience will be cancelled;
  • The instructions given by the Game Masters must be strictly followed, otherwise the experience will be considered over;
  • Mission To Escape has a customer service team at your disposal during working hours, from Monday to Friday.

An escape game is a logic game, played in teams, in a themed and immersive setting, which aims to solve challenges and mysteries in order to find the way out in 60 minutes. It was born out of online gaming and is now one of the most popular activities in the world!
Mission To Escape games are suitable for everyone from 6 to 106 years old – we only ask that younger players (<14 years old) be accompanied by an adult (18+) per game. Our challenges are essentially logic-based, without jump-scares or terror (we promise!), they don't require physical preparation and only test group work, communication, reasoning and good humour! If you get lost, don't worry, there's always a game master on hand to give you a hint.
Bookings can be made online on our website, in the MISSIONS menu (link). Simply select the desired mission, access the calendar, select an available slot, indicate the number of players and select the payment method. An e-mail confirming the booking is always sent to the indicated contact.
Of course, make the difference and offer an experience that doesn’t let the fun slip away. You can buy the voucher directly on our website (link), valid for any game in any shop, and additional players can be added to the experience later. Yes! Birthdays, weddings, christenings, proposals, bachelor parties! We’ve done a bit of everything. If you’re brave enough to challenge us, get ready because we’re going to make it happen. In our rooms or in your home, with traditional games or inside our AXN S.W.A.T. ESCAPE THE VAN (the only mobile escape game in Portugal), the limit is really your imagination and our resourcefulness.
