Our missions are suitable for all ages. However, we would like to point out that an adult must accompany the participants when they are under 14 years old.
During the game, image capture of any kind is not allowed and therefore the use of devices for this purpose is prohibited inside our rooms. If this occurs, Mission To Escape has the right to ask the customer to delete the captured images and remove the player(s) from the room, regardless of the playing time.
All participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the game. This is because they need to receive an initial briefing, which is essential for them to be able to start the activity. In the event of any delays on the part of clients, the delay may be deducted from the total playing time (60 minutes). In addition, if participants arrive 15 or more minutes after the scheduled start time of the game, Mission To Escape has the right not to accept their entry, nor to refund the amount paid, when applicable.
Mission To Escape has several possible payment methods, including Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Credit, MB WAY, cash and bank transfer: Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Credit, MB WAY, cash and bank transfer. In the case of payments by bank transfer, they will only be valid once proof of booking has been sent, up to 48 hours before game time. In the event that a payment has been made in advance and the participants do not show up without any justification, there will be no right to a refund. Please note that once the mission has been booked, players will receive a confirmation e-mail with the necessary information.
The use of physical force is strictly forbidden during activity in our game rooms. Therefore, if there is damage of clear intent at the end of the mission, Mission To Escape is entitled to hold players responsible for the damage detected.
