National Student Day is celebrated every year on March 24th. Much more than a simple day of celebration, this date is a symbol of resistance, unity, and student struggle. It was in 1962, in the midst of the academic crisis, that Portuguese students mobilized, confronting repression and demanding better conditions and freedom in universities.
