The voucher gives access to a 60-minute mission full of puzzles and challenges.
Experience for 1 to 6 people: Allows between one and six people to participate in a mission of their choice.
Valid for all missions: Can be used in any escape room at Mission To Escape stores in Lisbon, Loures, Gaia, Porto, Penafiel, and the Azores.
One-year validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase, offering flexibility to schedule the experience.
Digital voucher: After purchase, we will send the voucher by email. If the purchase is made on a weekend or holiday, digital delivery may occur on the next business day.
Purchase and validity: The Christmas voucher can be purchased online or in our physical stores. It is valid for 12 hours after purchase and is valid for 12 months. It is non-refundable in cash.
Mission booking: The voucher holder must reserve the desired mission online or by phone, subject to room availability. Additional players may be added on the day of the game, subject to an extra charge and respecting the maximum limit for each mission.
Presentation of voucher: The digital voucher must be presented at check-in for the experience to validate entry.
Payment methods: We accept credit cards, MB WAY, ATM reference, or PayPal for voucher purchases.
Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours in advance are free of charge; for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be given.
