Participants will be greeted by a Game Master (a monitor specializing in our games) who will accompany the group to their exclusive area until the group is complete. For up to 90 minutes, players can enjoy all the games and entertainment in this space, including the reserved escape games, with a briefing and final photos, as well as exclusive catering. Reservations are not permitted without booking at least one escape game for a minimum group of 6 people.

In-store events last a maximum of 90 minutes from arrival to departure, including reception, briefings, games, snacks, and activities. For external events, there are no limitations; the duration is aligned and budgeted according to the event’s needs.

There is no minimum age when accompanied by an adult, although we recommend children from 6 years old.
If there are children under 14 years old in a group, we request that the group be accompanied by at least one adult. For groups over 15 years old, we do not require adult supervision, but we request a responsible contact for all groups consisting exclusively of minors. All activities will be supervised by a Mission To Escape Game Master.

Yes, in cases where there is at least one player aged 14 or younger, the presence of an adult acting as their guardian is mandatory, both for in-store games and external events.

If it’s an external event, there’s no limit; we’ve already held events with up to 1,400 people. In-store, our games each accommodate up to 6 players, allowing for up to 30 people simultaneously in Lisbon, 24 in Loures, and 24 in Gaia. If you’d like more guests, challenge us; we can create an activity for those waiting and set up a timed tournament (for example).

Sure! The exclusive space dedicated to the party is prepared for a snack, with catering and cake brought by the birthday person or provided by Mission To Escape.
We have a standard menu and a special menu available; we provide more details upon request and availability.

Space reservations are subject to availability confirmation and booking via the form (above) or email with the following information: desired date and alternative date (if any), age of the birthday person and the youngest player, number of guests, interest in catering conditions, contact details.
