\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDuring the game, image capture of any kind is not allowed and therefore the use of devices for this purpose is prohibited inside our rooms. If this occurs, Mission To Escape has the right to ask the customer to delete the captured images and remove the player(s) from the room, regardless of the playing time.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the game. This is because they need to receive an initial briefing, which is essential for them to be able to start the activity. In the event of any delays on the part of clients, the delay may be deducted from the total playing time (60 minutes). In addition, if participants arrive 15 or more minutes after the scheduled start time of the game, Mission To Escape has the right not to accept their entry, nor to refund the amount paid, when applicable.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the case of payments by bank transfer, they will only be valid once proof of booking has been sent, up to 48 hours before game time. In the event that a payment has been made in advance and the participants do not show up without any justification, there will be no right to a refund.
